Goals
I set goals for myself
- Fitness– Walk at least 30 minutes at a fast enough pace to get my heart rate up and do daily strength and balance training
- Food-Choose less processed food and watch portion size
- Self– Learn new things and practice self care
- Home– Clean out one area daily and work on our “to do” list
- Faith– Find books to read and focus on a verse daily.

How I’ve Progressed
In 200 days of walking I have lost 23 lbs am down two clothes sizes, have improved cholesterol levels, my resting heart rate is lower and my stamina has improved.
