Goals

I set goals for myself

  • Fitness– Walk at least 30 minutes at a fast enough pace to get my heart rate up and do daily strength and balance training
  • Food-Choose less processed food and watch portion size
  • Self– Learn new things and practice self care
  • Home– Clean out one area daily and work on our “to do” list
  • Faith– Find books to read and focus on a verse daily.

How I’ve Progressed

In 200 days of walking I have lost 23 lbs am down two clothes sizes, have improved cholesterol levels, my resting heart rate is lower and my stamina has improved.
