Thanks for checking out my brand new blog! This is my first post as Choosing to Reset and I’m a little nervous. I am an accidental Instagramer that has ended up with quite a few friends following along.
The Instagram platform is awesome and allows me to connect with people for one minute and thirty seconds every single morning but frequently I want to share information that they can refer back to or provide a little more information and a blog seems like the perfect solution.
But my technology skills are not great.
But what if I build it and no one comes?
What if I fail?
Putting myself out there is hard. Imposter Syndrome is a real thing and the Instagram account pushes me out of my comfort zone so why in the world would I want to start another platform? Well, three reasons:
1. I will be able to have a searchable resource library for y’all .
2. One of my personal goals is to learn something new every
month and this is definitely something new.
3. I have a friend who says “Do something that scares you
every day.” She believes it’s what makes us grow
emotionally.

Based on what I have gathered from questions and conversations on my site, my first few posts are going to be about interval walking, resistance and balance exercises, better bad food choices, and weighted vests.
